Our objective is to ensure that 9th grade Germantown High School students in the program are promoted to tenth grade and to give academic assistance to 10th, 11th and 12th graders. We provide
- A safe place to be after school,
- A nourishing snack,
- Two hours of tutoring in major subjects.
- Computer instruction and use for homework and research,
- A mentoring program,
- Physical activities in the gym,
- Enrichment and arts activities,
- A summer jobs program.
Mission: to assist the high school and the Germantown community through a program to ensure that GHS students will complete high school successfully in four years.
- To provide a safe and nourishing program to help students achieve academically,
- To provide excellent tutoring, teaching and mentoring support that results in an 85% or better promotion rate for all participants,
- To encourage students to take part in arts enrichment,
- To encourage church members to volunteer to work with our students.
