FUMCOG

Walter has sung at FUMCOG under late music director Michael Korn while studying voice at Curtis. He finds it touching that he is singing now at the same church where he began his career! Walter has also sung the Philadelphia Singers for many years and most recently was tenor section leader at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church, a position he held for 15 years. Enjoying his semi-retirement, he still works part-time for the Department of Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, a place where he has worked for 20 years.   Also a pianist and composer, Walter also attends weekly Zen Buddhist meditation sessions at the Zendo in West Philadelphia led by Pat George.
